The Meadowlark Coffee and Espresso in Lincoln, Nebraska, is a local hub for environmentalists and activists who come in for local, fair trade and organic coffee.  33-year old owner Adam Hintz is part of a group of environmentally conscious entrepreneurs in the area that are demonstrating that businesses can be more sustainable while still making a buck. He says his activism on issues like the Keystone Pipeline stems from his concern for future generations.
