Kristin Kloberdanz has been a journalist since 1998. After working as senior editor for Book magazine in New York, she then served five years as a reporter and news desk editor in the Chicago bureau of Time magazine. For more than 10 years, she maintained a literary review column in the Chicago Tribune. As a freelancer, she has written for Fast Company, The Boston Globe, San Francisco magazine, Surface and Kirkus Reviews. Kristin covers topics ranging from education and health care to pop culture. She lives in Northern California with her family.
